I started my journey in the photography field when I was 13 and received my first point-and-shoot 35mm camera. When I reached high school, I learned to develop and print 35mm film while taking photography for 2 years. I also upgraded to a 35mm SLR camera. A Pentax K1000 with 2 lenses. I was hooked! I eventually made the jump to a digital point-and-shoot in 2001, a Sony Cybershot. I loved the flexibility of this camera in the way that it was pocket size yet produced clear, pristine photographs. In 2013, I moved on to a Nikon D5100 DSLR which is my current camera.
